Bea Cukai Staff
Job Descriptions :
- Understanding all the export-import process
- Ensure the customs clearance processing running is well
- Provide.a relevant.document needed.to bea.cukai
- Responsible for checking all import documents, such as draft shipping document and PIB draft from PPJK
- Handle goodsiinsurance to make sure all goods.arrived safely&secured
- Arrange any import permits/ permits extension
Qualifications :
- Min. Accounting degree from reputable university
- Minimum of 1 to 5-year experiences in Export-import, preferably Bea Cukai in footwear manufacturer
- Proficient in Ms. Office skill
- Have an understanding of the process of bonded zone customs
- Willing to work overtime and do a business trip
- Have SIM C
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Limbangan, Garut

Job Desc :
- Contribute to the formation of the company's Safety Vision2.Formulate and develop a safety strategy plan following the ES Vision
- Setting KPI targets for Safety performance
- Ensure the implementation of the Safety program in the company as planned
- Reviewing, analyzing, and reporting Safety performance results to top management
- Contribute to innovation planning for safety performance improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments & external stakeholders in the implementation of the Safety program
- Designing a budget plan related to Safety
- Support and assist the implementation of K3, Environment & Energy Program related to the area.

Job Desc :
- Day-to-day operation support for PO execution (supply plan),including collaboration and communication with buyers and ensuring PO is on time, and in accordance with customer expectations related to Packaging & Labeling.
- Ensure data&reports are.sent according to deadlines&accurate.
- Controlling the work of sub-ordinates to ensure the achievement of KPls that have been set by the Business Unit department.
- Provide training&direction for matters.relating to.daily work.operations.
- Communicating anyiissues related to PO either with the buyer, internalldepartment, or between Changshin.groups.
- Become a distributor for every policy determined by the leadership (decision maker) for its implementation in the internal execution sub-organization.
